Jimmy Khan
Hassan Jamil Khan better known by his stage name Jimmy Khan is a Pakistani singer and songwriter from Lahore, Pakistan. Khan is widely regarded as one of the most talented and entertaining musicians in Pakistan for his superb voice, wide repertoire and profound song writing style. He attended Beaconhouse National University. Jimmy worked as an in-house singer at Gun Smoke restaurant, Lahore in 2005. He made his debut in July 2011 with the single “Pehla Pyar”. In 2014, Jimmy founded the band Jimmy Khan & The Big Ears and joined Coke Studio where he performed his song "Nadiya" featuring Rahma Ali. Jimmy then performed the song Ajeeb Daastaan with Rahma Ali as a tribute to Lata Mangeshkar. He said in an interview: “Ajeeb Daastaan is a song that I’ve been extremely excited to release, because not only is it a classic but it’s a song I am personally very much attached to for many reasons – It’s been a family favourite ever since I can remember, and I’ve been performing this song on my own for several years now.”
